CONTEST PERIOD: The CAMPINO NEW YORK CITY SHOPPING SPREE CONTEST (the "Contest") begins at 12:01 am (ET) on March 1, 2008 and concludes at 11:59:59 pm (ET) on August 31, 2008 (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on August 31, 2008 (the "Contest Closing Date").

ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open to all residents of Canada who are of the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside. This Contest is intended for participation and viewing in Canada only and shall be construed and evaluated in accordance with the laws of Canada. Employees of or members of the immediate family of, or persons domiciled with an employee of STORCK CANADA INC. (the "Sponsor"), its agents, parent, affiliated or related companies, divisions and all advertising, media buying and promotional agencies, are ineligible.

TO ENTER: Go to www.NYCampino.com, review the Rules and Regulations and if you agree, accept them as read and understood by clicking "Accept" and enter a valid 12-digit UPC number from any Campino product and complete the online entry form and you will automatically receive one (1) entry for a chance to win. A valid UPC number can be obtained without purchase from any authorized retailer of Campino in Canada. Entries limited to one (1) entry per household per email address per day. You may also enter by mail: Clearly hand print your name, complete address, daytime phone number (with area code), age, email address (if applicable) and a 12-digit UPC Bar Code number from any Campino product on a 3" x 6" (7.5cm x 15cm) piece of paper and mail it in a first-class stamped #10 envelope to: NYCampino Contest, P.O.Box 4038, Paris, ON, N3L 3W9. Entries limited to one (1) entry per household per address per day.

GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of a Weekend New York City Shopping Spree for two (2). The Grand Prize includes round trip economy air transportation for two (2) to New York City from the major airport nearest the Prize Winner's home within Canada (airport, carrier, ticket class, and destination airport to be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor); two (2) nights, Friday to Sunday, standard accommodation based on one room, double occupancy at the W Hotel (choice of West New York Union Square or West New York Times Square locations, subject to availability); and CDN$2,000 spending money. Approximate total retail value of Grand Prize including spending money is CDN$5,000 based on a Toronto departure. Actual retail value may vary depending on the departure airport and airfare fluctuations. The Grand Prize may not be taken during the following blackout dates: December 22nd - January 7th, or March 7th - March 16th, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize Winner must give 4 weeks advance notice for booking the dates of the trip. Prize Winner and his/her guest must depart from the same airport and travel on the same itinerary. Grand Prize travel must be completed by September 10, 2009. The Prize Winner will be responsible for all costs not outlined in the above Grand Prize description. In particular, the following are excluded from the Grand Prize and are the sole responsibility of Prize Winner and his/her guest: transportation to and from the major airport closest to the Prize Winner's residence, local transportation in New York City, meals, snacks and beverages including alcoholic beverages, hotel service charges and tips/gratuities, baggage handling fees and local taxes, room service and minibar charges, local and long distance telephone calls, in-room Internet access and movies, medical and travel insurance, any required travel documentation, merchandise and souvenirs, and personal and incidental expenses of any kind or nature. Travel arrangemen ts will be made for the Prize Winner by a travel agent chosen by the Sponsor at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Once made, travel arrangements are final and cannot be changed. Prize Winner and his/her guest must ensure that travel insurance and required travel papers are in good order and are valid prior to and for the duration of the trip. A valid Canadian passport or equivalent is required for air travel to the United States. Depending on the policies of air travel and hotel suppliers, the Grand Prize may not be eligible for frequent flier miles or other reward points.

PRIZE AWARDS AND ODDS: A random draw for the Grand Prize will be made by a representative of the Sponsor in Toronto, Ontario on or about 10:00 am (ET) on September 10, 2008 from all eligible entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date.

The Sponsor or its representative will attempt to contact the selected entrant after the draw by telephone or email within seven (7) business days following the draw. In order to win, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone. In addition, prior to being awarded the Grand Prize, the Prize Winner must sign and return, within four (4) business days of receipt, a Declaration and Release Form agreeing to abide by these Contest Rules and Regulations, releasing the Sponsor from responsibility for any claims or damages arising out of any matter related to the Contest or the Grand Prize,and authorizing the Sponsor to broadcast, publish and disseminate their name, address (city only), photograph, likeness and voice, in connection with any promotion or publicity that is associated with this Contest. In the event that a selected entrant is disqualified from eligibility, does not correctly answer the mathematical skill testing question within the time limit, cannot be contacted within seven (7) business days following the draw, or does not return the signed Declaration and Release Form within the stated time period, the Sponsor shall have the right to draw another entrant as a Prize Winner and the Sponsor shall be fully and completely released from any liability or responsibility to the first selected entrant.

GENERAL RULES:

a) All entries become the property of the Sponsor, who shall not be responsible for: (i) lost, late, delayed, destroyed, illegible, incomplete or misdirected email or any computer errors or malfunctions; (ii) entries which fail to comply with these Contest rules; (iii) interruptions in telephone service including mechanical or other problems; (iv) any failure of the website during the Contest Period, or (v) any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any material in the Contest, all of which may affect a person's ability to participate in the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in entrant's mailbox to receive email messages. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void.

b) All entrants and the Prize Winner assume any and all liability for injuries caused, or claimed to be caused by participating in the Contest or the acceptance, possession or use of the Grand Prize awarded including but not limited to damages for personal injury or property damage.

c) Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, withdraw, amend, terminate or suspend this Contest in whole or in part should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest, or for any other reason, subject to the consent of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, and to award the Grand Prize from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. In the event it is determined that an entrant has entered in a manner contrary to these Rules and Regulations, the entrant and all of the entries submitted by the entrant will be disqualified.

d) This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

e) All entries are subject to verification by the Sponsor and Sponsor reserves the right to cancel and revoke any entries found to be in violation of these Rules and Regulations or to disqualify any entrant found not to be eligible pursuant to the Contest rules.

f) In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entries made online will be deemed made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the winning entry.

g) The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Grand Prize may not be refunded or transferred and is not convertible to cash. In the event of unavailability of the stated Grand Prize (or any portion thereof), the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a Grand Prize of equal or greater value. Any portion of the Grand Prize which is unused or which is not used in accordance with the requirements described in these Rules and Regulations will be forfeited and will have no cash value.

h) By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the Sponsor, which decisions shall be final and binding upon all entrants. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their affiliated and related companies, business partners, advertising and promotional agencies, Grand Prize suppliers, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest, from and against any and all manner of action, causes of action, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, claims and demands, including legal fees and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach and liability for physical injury, death, or property damage which the entrants or his/her administrators, heirs, successors or assigns might have or could have, by reason of or arising out of the entrant's participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance or use of the Grand Prize.

i) By completing the online entry form, and/or submitting by mail a written entry form, all entrants consent to the collection, use and distribution of their personal information by the Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy for the purposes of administering the Contest. The Sponsor will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering the Contest and will destroy entry information following the Contest.

j) The Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising materials, the Rules and Regulations, the selection and announcement of the Prize Winner or the distribution of the Grand Prize.

k) Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this Contest in Quebec may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux. Any litigation respecting the awarding of the Grand Prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
